Hi, all, and welcome to those of you new to this list!

This is Jess Craven. (In case you didn’t know, I also publish a federal political activism newsletter called Chop Wood Carry Water—thus the name for this sub-newsletter.)

For those NOT new to the list you will already know this, but if you are new I have a Master Doc for Georgia chock full of great ways to help in that state right now. Please take a look and refer to it often as I’ll add to it all year!

For ALL OF YOU I wanted to flag a new Georgia voter outreach opportunity I’ve added that’s great:

Vote Forward has launched their 2022 letter-writing campaign, and they’ve got about a quarter million addresses into Georgia! This is an easy way to help—these letters are simple to write, require little more than a printer, some paper, a pen, business envelopes, and stamps—and are known to be extremely effective at increasing voter turnout.

So please check it out and consider “adopting” even 5 voters. Believe me, it’s addictive, and you’ll be back for more. All the letters get written and held til October, when they all get mailed on the “Big Send” day. Very cool.
