Volunteering opportunities galore...

Hey, Team Georgia!

Thanks to Rogan’s List (another great Substack), I’ve been introduced to a public resource you might all consider taking advantage of. This Facebook post has a comprehensive list of paid and unpaid volunteer opportunities in Georgia from progressive organizations—you can volunteer to attend or host an event, get paid to knock doors by the Progressive Turnout Project, and more. Definitely a good place to launch your election involvement!

In other news, there are some postcarding and letter writing campaigns going on. Here are a couple of options for that:

Working America has a campaign writing letters to members in GA. I have included their letter-writing campaigns in previous newsletters because this really is one of my favorites—their letters are data-backed and proven to work. Order letters now to send them out in October!

Or you can write postcards with Reclaim Our Vote to BIPOC Voters in GA (among other states). You have to use their cards and watch a short video training. These postcards are specifically geared towards overcoming voter suppression–they’re great and beautifully designed! Sign up here.
